Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer – Server & Networking to manage, maintain, and secure the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted manufacturing and office operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in server management, network administration, virtualization, and IT security within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain , storage, and backup systems.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network devices – routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points.
• Monitor and optimize network performance, uptime, and security across all company sites.
• Ensure reliable connectivity for ERP systems, production machinery, and plant equipment.
• Implement and maintain IT security policies, user access control, and data protection measures.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT infrastructure support and upgrades.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations, incidents, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in server and network administration (manufacturing experience preferred).
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or VMware VCP are preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
