Job Description: Provide first level of IT support to end user Daily open ticket / email request monitoring and aim for closure Support for Video Conferences, Audio Conferences & Meeting Support Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools Resolving system & application issues / incidents Liaise with vendors and other IT functional teams for problem resolution Project task handling including but not limited to desktop and software deployment Coordination with Support teams on exceptions or Senior / VIP issues Maintaining endpoint compliance Asset inventory Management ? updating & maintaining inventory of assets for the location. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Computers in Troubleshooting Hardware & Software issues. Good knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, Email client , Antivirus, Windows patching, etc. Basic knowledge of printers, laptop hardware, projectors, networking J sic knowledge of Audio Conf, Video Conf& AV tools preferred.J
