IT Engineer – Server & Networking

Role Overview:

Responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing the company’s server and network infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing and office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain servers, storage, and backups.
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices – routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi.
• Monitor network performance, uptime, and security.
• Ensure connectivity for ERP, production systems, and plant equipment.
• Implement and maintain IT security, user access, and data protection policies.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT infrastructure support and upgrades.
• Document configurations, incidents, and standard procedures.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science or related field.
• 3–6 years’ experience in server and network administration (manufacturing preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Server Management and network administrator.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization and data backup solutions.
• Relevant certifications preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
