Location:Bangalore Job Summary: The IT Staffing Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best IT talent. The role involves developing staffing strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and collaborating with business leaders to fulfill workforce needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding. Oversee the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to optimize efficiency. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT recruiters. Set performance metrics, monitor progress, and ensure team goals are achieved. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organization Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks. Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to think critically and make quick decisions.
