Job Description

Role Overview: As an IT Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for providing IT infrastructure support both on-site and remotely. This includes solving second level incidents, problems, and requests, as well as handling maintenance tasks such as change management, asset management, and patching. You will also support project execution by collaborating with Global IT Enterprise teams and external service providers, ensuring adherence to IT Standards and Procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Support incident and request management submitted through the IT Service management system according to service level objectives. - Assist in procurement, installation, configuration, and support of end-user devices such as laptops, desktops, workstations, and mobile devices. This may involve staging or manual deployment of standard software, apps, PBX, and phone systems. - Collaborate with Enterprise IT teams to troubleshoot and maintain servers, networks (WAN & LAN), monitoring UPS and switches, backup environment, and external vendors. - Report issues through service desk tools, and follow up with enterprise teams and vendors for tracking and escalating critical and high-priority issues until closure. - Support the maintenance tasks of the on-site computer room, racks, cabling, and data room. - Manage and maintain the IT Asset Register using appropriate tools. - Ensure the proper maintenance and loading of backup tapes as per backup policy and directions from Global Enterprise teams, and support data restoration requests. - Monitor critical equipment under annual maintenance contracts, report issues to service providers, and escalate per vendor service level agreements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Previous experience in IT infrastructure support, incident and request management, and maintenance tasks. - Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining servers, networks, and end-user devices. - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of IT standards and procedures, and experience in following them diligently. ,
