Your typical day will involve working with IBM API Connect and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT operations in Mumbai. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of ITIL service operations processes, including problem, change, configuration, incident, and release management. Specialize in the delivery of one of the processes or provide management and coordination across multiple processes. Ensure the smooth functioning of IT operations in Mumbai, utilizing IBM API Connect and other relevant tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely resolution of IT issues and incidents. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Experience with IBM API Connect. Good To Have Skills:Knowledge of ITIL service operations processes. Strong understanding of IT operations and related tools. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IBM API Connect. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful IT solutions.
