Roles and Responsibility

  • Responds to and diagnoses problems through user discussions, troubleshooting, fault rectification, and problem escalation.
  • Provides effective and timely resolution of users' problems, queries, or complaints.
  • Assists in hardware and software evaluation and recommends upgrades or improvements to IT infrastructure.
  • Manages and oversees the implementation of short-term activities within the team.
  • Executes specialized projects and activities according to set principles.
  • Supervises work of less experienced professionals, providing professional expertise and taking responsibility for the end-product.

Job Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the specific discipline or broader area is required.
  • Ability to generate and initiate own workload without instructions or guidelines.
  • Professional responsibilities focusing on excellence are expected.
  • Typically manages a team of Individual Contributor co-workers.
