This individual will play a key role in driving sales of IT solutions and services to various industries. The IT Sales Manager will leverage their technical knowledge and sales expertise to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and lead the sales cycle from lead generation to closure. --- *Key Responsibilities:* - *Sales Strategy and Execution:* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Tailor sales strategies to individual client needs and industry trends. - *Client Relationship Management:* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client requirements, providing tailored IT solutions to help them achieve their business goals. - *Lead Generation:* Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify new leads through various channels (networking, cold calling, digital marketing, etc.). - *Sales Presentations & Proposals:* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits and value propositions of IT solutions. - *Negotiation and Closing:* Lead negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring all aspects of the deal are clear, fair, and beneficial for both parties. Close sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. - *Market Research:* Continuously research industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements to stay ahead in the market and provide innovative solutions to clients. - *Collaboration with Technical Teams:* Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions are effectively delivered, ensuring alignment between client needs and service offerings. - *Sales Reporting:* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline reports. Provide regular updates and feedback to senior management on sales performance and market conditions. - *Customer Satisfaction:* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by addressing post-sales inquiries and providing exceptional ongoing support. *Qualifications:* - *Education:* Any Field - *Experience:* 3-10 years of experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of success in selling IT solutions and services (e.g., software, hardware, cloud solutions, IT consulting). - *Skills:* - Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to build rapport and trust with clients, stakeholders, and team members. - Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software. - Understanding of sales cycles and methods for closing deals. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
