Job Description IT Sales Manager Position: IT Sales Manager Location: Noida Sector 62 Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a highly driven IT Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, develop client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT products and services, excellent sales strategies, and a proven track record of achieving targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue goals. Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Effectively communicate the value proposition of IT solutions, including software, hardware, cloud services, and IT consulting. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to tailor sales approaches. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals successfully. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with technical, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Proven experience in IT sales, business development, or account management. Strong knowledge of IT solutions, cloud computing, software, networking, and cybersecurity. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close deals efficiently.
