Position: IT Sales Executive
**Industry:** IT Services / Software Solutions

**Responsibilities:**
* Identify and generate leads for web development, software, mobile apps, ERP, CRM, and digital marketing services.
* Conduct client meetings, product demos, and follow-ups.* Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.* Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.* Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports.* Coordinate with the technical team for proposals, quotations, and project handover.
**Skills Required:**
* Excellent communication & presentation skills.
* Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.* Basic understanding of IT products/services.* Ability to handle field and tele-sales.* Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented personality.
