IT Sales Executive Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new sales opportunities in the IT sector. Conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-up activities to engage potential clients. Present IT products and services to clients and address their needs. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Work closely with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets. Prepare presentations, proposals, and pricing for clients. Provide market insights and feedback to management regarding client needs and competitive landscape. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field required. Fluent in English communication (both written and verbal) is mandatory. 1+ years of experience in IT sales or a similar role. Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 2. Sales Fresher (Entry-Level) Key Responsibilities: Assist in lead generation and initial contact with potential clients. Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and quotations. Maintain records of client interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system. Learn about IT products, services, and solutions to assist in sales processes. Attend training sessions and actively participate in sales team meetings. Assist in managing client inquiries and resolving issues as needed. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field required. Fluent in English communication (both written and verbal) is mandatory. Eagerness to start a career in sales, particularly in the IT industry. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong willingness to learn and develop in the field of sales.
