IT Sales Executive (Remote – Work from Home)

We’re scaling our tech solutions team and looking for a driven IT Sales Executive to help businesses build, test, and launch high-performing digital products.

Our Services Include:

- Custom Website Development  

- E-commerce Platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.)  

- Mobile App and Website Quality Assurance (QA)  

- Functional, UI/UX, and Cross-Browser Testing  

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and referrals  

- Understand client needs and effectively position our services as the right solution  

- Conduct discovery calls, solution demos, and sales presentations  

- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals independently  

- Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact to post-sale handoff  

- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client communications  

- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project kickoff  

- Nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals  

Compensation:

- ₹5,000 per month retainer (guaranteed)  

- 10% commission on the total order value of every deal closed  

- Top performers consistently earn ₹30,000–₹40,000+ per month  

Ideal Candidate:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in IT services, web development, SaaS, or digital solutions  

- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills  

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup  

- Basic understanding of websites, e-commerce, or software testing (training will be provided)
