As an IT Sales Executive at our company, your role will involve identifying potential clients, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts to promote IT products and services. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, staying updated on industry trends, and meeting or exceeding sales targets will be key aspects of your job. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote IT products and services. - Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and networking. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for retention and upsell opportunities. - Conduct product demonstrations and deliver presentations to potential clients. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively. - Collaborate with the technical team to propose solutions meeting client requirements. - Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. - Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM systems. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or related fields. - 0-5 years of experience in IT sales or related roles. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions (e.g., software, hardware, cloud services, etc.). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. - Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
