IT Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, your role involves marketing and selling IT hardware and software services to corporates and MNCs through various mediums such as face-to-face interactions and digital platforms. You should possess excellent communication skills, particularly in English, and have a good understanding of mailing etiquettes. Your primary responsibility will be managing all IT hardware and software sales activities of the company, including handling technical calls from clients. Key Responsibilities: - Carry a sufficient database to capitalize on for the organization. - Identify new clients using resources like business contacts, Internet, and business directories. - Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and provide high-quality service to each caller. - Coordinate the ordering and delivery of goods to customers. - Support the field sales team and engineers. - Prepare and send quotations to customers and create sales funnels for the sales team. - Contact potential customers to schedule appointments. - Resolve any sales-related issues with customers. - Complete the administrative tasks of the Sales Department. - Follow up with customers to confirm sales orders or delivery dates. - Respond to sales queries via phone, email, and in writing. - Coordinate meetings between sales representatives and customers. Qualifications Required: - Experience in selling IT hardware and software services, particularly in managing IT facility management services. - Familiarity with hardware such as laptops, desktops, switches, routers, UTM/Firewalls, servers, and networking equipment. - Ability to sell Microsoft products and knowledge of licensing. - Experience in handling AMC/Renewals of hardware and firewall products. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Proven track record in sales and customer service. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
