Job Description

Role Overview:

Seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive B2B sales of our HRMS SaaS solutions, including Attendance and Payroll. Ideal for someone with strong IT sales experience and a passion for HR tech.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and convert leads for HRMS/ERP SaaS solutions
Conduct product demos & presentations
Handle full sales cycle – outreach, meetings, follow-ups, closure
Understand client HR/payroll needs and pitch accordingly
Meet sales targets and maintain CRM reports

Requirements:

Fresher or 1 year knowledge in SaaS or IT product sales (HRMS/ERP preferred)
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Knowledge of HR/payroll processes a plus
Familiar with CRM tools & B2B selling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
