Job Description

As a Photocopier Sales Executive, your role involves driving revenue by selling MFPs (Multi-Function Printers) and related office solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively identifying new leads and business opportunities through methods such as canvassing, cold calling, and networking to expand the client base. - Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business. - Needs Analysis: Analyzing potential clients" business environments to understand their specific needs for document management and workflow solutions. - Product Demonstrations: Conducting effective product demonstrations and providing end-user training to showcase the capabilities of copiers, printers, and other solutions. - Proposal Development: Preparing tailored sales proposals and conducting presentations to highlight how the company's products and services can meet client requirements. - Sales & Negotiation: Negotiating sales contracts, closing deals, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to post-sale support. - Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meeting and exceeding set sales and profit targets. - Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and detailed records of sales activities and client interactions within a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. - Market Knowledge: Staying informed about office technology, document management, and workflow solutions to effectively propose suitable options. Qualifications required for this role include: - Sales & Negotiation: Strong ability to sell, negotiate, and close deals. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and present proposals. - Customer Service: A strong focus on understanding customer needs and providing exceptional service. - Product Knowledge: A good understanding of copiers, printers, and office technology solutions. - Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships with clients. - Time Management: Effective time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks. - Digital Proficiency: Comfort using CRM systems and other digital tools. This job is a full-time position requiring in-person work.,
