Role & responsibilities Execute end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle for internal and client positions Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social platforms, and talent databases Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments aligned to tech skillsets (e.g., Java, Python, SQL, etc.) Coordinate technical interviews, track feedback, and maintain candidate pipelines Post job ads across relevant platforms and update job boards Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and daily progress reports Engage with candidates via calls, emails, and messages professionally Support recruiters working across Indian and U.S. time zones Preferred candidate profile Strong interest in IT recruiting and understanding of tech job roles Exposure to basic programming languages or technical terms (e.g., Java, SQL, QA, Cloud, etc.) Comfortable using sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or AI tools like HireEZ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Familiarity with Google Meet, MS Teams, or other virtual hiring tools Exposure to AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva, or Otter.ai is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills
