IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Executive

As an IT Recruiter at oCode Technologies in Mohali, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment and HR management processes. Your excellent communication skills and knowledge of IT recruitment will be key in meeting recruitment targets and growing within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the functions and recruitment standards for various departmental roles. - Gather monthly recruitment needs from each department. - Expand recruitment channels, publish job postings, screen resumes, arrange interviews, and meet recruitment targets. - Manage HR processes, including employee exit interviews and separation procedures. - Oversee attendance management. - Generate daily HR reports. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in IT recruitment and HR practices. - Knowledgeable about internet and computer usage. - Masters degree in HR or a related field. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or HR; freshers are welcome to apply. - Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with social media, MS Office, and other relevant tools. - Empathy and patience in handling recruitment processes.
