Role Overview: As an IT Recruiter freshers at our company in Bangalore, India, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end recruitment, managing various volumes of open positions, screening applications, interviewing candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet the organization's recruitment needs efficiently.
