Primary Title: Technical Recruiter (IT Recruiter)

A leading player in the IT staffing and technical talent acquisition sector, serving enterprise and product-focused clients across software, cloud, data, and engineering domains. We deliver end-to-end hiring solutions—sourcing, screening, and onboarding high-impact technical talent for fast-growing technology teams.Location: India — On-site. Join Zorba Consulting India to drive technical hiring for multiple marquee clients and internal growth initiatives.Role & Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle IT recruitment for roles across software engineering, cloud, DevOps, data, QA, SAP, Data Scientist, Data Engineer and product—from role intake to offer closure and onboarding.
  • Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, referrals, and proactive outreach to build and maintain pipelines.
  • Conduct structured technical screens, assess skills and cultural fit, coordinate technical interviews, and provide timely candidate feedback.
  • Manage ATS & CRM records professionally—track pipelines, update statuses, and generate recruitment metrics and weekly reports.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define job specs, market-map talent, advise on compensation, and shorten time-to-hire.
  • Drive employer-branding activities, campus outreach, and targeted sourcing campaigns to attract passive and active technical candidates.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 3+ years hands-on IT/Technical recruitment experience (agency or in-house) in India with proven closures across engineering domains.
  • Expert sourcing skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search, and familiarity with major job portals.
  • Experience using ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever) and maintaining candidate pipelines/metrics.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and skills (Java, .NET, Node/React, Cloud, DevOps, Data/ML basics).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred

  • Exposure to volume/campus hiring, RPO models, or hiring for fast-scaling product startups.
  • Certifications such as LinkedIn Recruiter Certification, AIRS, or similar sourcing credentials.
  • Experience in employer branding, passive candidate engagement, and building long-term talent communities.
