Key Responsibilities : Talent Sourcing : Proactively source candidates for various IT roles, including software developers, network engineers, system administrators, and more. Utilize multiple recruitment channels (job boards, social media, networking, LinkedIn, etc.) to identify potential candidates. Maintain and update a pool of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. Candidate Screening & Interviews : Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical teams. Review resumes, conduct reference checks, and provide shortlists to hiring managers. Collaboration with Hiring Managers : Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific hiring needs and job requirements. Provide updates to hiring managers about the status of candidate pipelines. Offer advice on market trends, salary expectations, and skill availability. Candidate Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with both passive and active candidates. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to offer acceptance. Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding their application status and next steps. Offer Management : Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages with candidates in collaboration with hiring managers. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including the preparation of offer letters, background checks, and documentation. Market Research : Stay up-to-date with trends in IT recruitment, industry technologies, and emerging skill sets. Keep track of competitor activity in the IT hiring market and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly. Reporting & Documentation : Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, recruitment activities, and hiring statistics. Report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and diversity metrics.
