Role: Technical Recruiter We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Permanent hiring for IT roles. You will be responsible for sourcing top-tier talent through various channels and utilizing different methodologies to meet our hiring needs. Role & responsibilities Conduct full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, focusing on contract hires for IT and roles. Utilize multiple sourcing strategies to identify and attract potential candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the sourcing to the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the company. Oversee the preparation of offer letters, coordinate with the onboarding team, and ensure all pre-employment checks are completed efficiently. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in technical recruiting. Desired Skills: 6 months to 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on Permanent hiring for IT roles. Well-versed in sourcing profiles through different channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Experience with various sourcing methodologies and tools. Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements within the IT sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Work Location: Racecourse Road, Bangalore.
