Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Conduct initial screenings to filter out unsuitable candidates based on requirements. Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and shortlisted candidates. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires. Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the recruitment cycle.
