Role Overview: We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead IT Recruiter to lead our recruitment efforts in Nagpur. As a key member of our team, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top IT talent. Responsibilities:

• Strategic Talent Acquisition:
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective sourcing plans.
• Leverage various channels (job boards, social media, referrals) to attract top-tier candidates.
• End-to-End Recruitment:
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Conduct thorough interviews, assess technical skills, and evaluate cultural fit.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Team Leadership:
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
• Drive performance metrics and achieve hiring targets.
• Market Insights:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and talent availability.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT recruiter, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of technology domains (software development, infrastructure, data science, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
