Leverage AI tools to automate and Conduct AI tool-led interview rounds to assess technical and behavioral competencies. Timely submit profiles and ensure interview coordination with the hiring managers Assist in negotiation with candidates to help the clients to close the position and they join the organization Maintain high candidate engagement and reduce time-to-fill metrics.
