Role & responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. • Use various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to build a strong pipeline of candidates. • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview teams. • Provide candidates with a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process. • Negotiate offers and extend job offers to selected candidates. • Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information. • Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and outcomes. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure effective talent acquisition.
