Job Description

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the
entire recruitment lifecycle
for IT/technical positions (sourcing to onboarding).
Understand job requirements by coordinating with hiring managers and technical teams.
Source candidates through
job portals, social media, Boolean searches, referrals, and networking
.
Screen and evaluate profiles for technical and cultural fit.
Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule technical rounds.
Maintain candidate pipelines and update the ATS/trackers regularly.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
Track recruitment metrics and share weekly hiring updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience
in IT/technical hiring.
Strong knowledge of
technical job roles, IT skills, and industry trends
.
Hands-on experience with
Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub sourcing, and Boolean search
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
