You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and help build a strong team by sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, a deep understanding of the technology industry, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Role & responsibilities Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related fields. At least 0-1 Years of experience in IT Recruitment. Proven track record of full-cycle recruitment management, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Sourcing profiles from Job portals, Professional Networking Sites,(naukri.com, Linkedin our internal database etc.) Excellent communication skills, time management skills and negotiation skills. Should have good technical knowledge Internal Database and References to match client requirement.
