Job Details: Role: IT Recruiter Location: Madurai (WFO) Experience: 1-5 years Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Understand hiring needs and create job descriptions. Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), referrals, and networking . Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical rounds. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , including offer negotiation and onboarding. Maintain candidate databases and generate recruitment reports. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure seamless hiring. Stay updated with industry trends and best recruitment practices . Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, BBA, BSc, BE, BTech, or a related field. 1-5 years of experience in IT recruitment. We are looking for candidates with experience exclusively in IT recruitment with top MNC. Strong understanding of technical roles and IT skills . Must have strong proficiency in Boolean search. Experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS software . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us?
