Job Opportunity: Technical Recruiter (Domestic Staffing) Location: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow Experience: Freshers to 2 years Key Responsibilities: Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective job descriptions. Maintain and update candidate records in our recruitment system. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings. What Were Looking For: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of recruitment experience. Strong communication skills and a passion for technology and recruitment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in using job portals and social media for sourcing candidates is a plus.
