Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities Write and publish job offers on various platforms; Search for candidates through various portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), including passive channels and networking to find the best SAP candidates; Sort through received applications; Conduct screening interviews; Process background check data; Follow-up with consultants currently working on assignments Qualifications 0-2 years of experience in a similar position; (B.Tech fresher are welcome) Sound understanding of IT required ; Recruitment experience in an employment agency an asset; Mastery of written and spoken in English; Excellent coordination and communication skills; Mastery of the MS Office, in particular Word (essential), Excel and Outlook, and general proficiency with computers; Must have a very developed sense of urgency; Ability to manage several files at the same time and to identify priorities; Ability to establish good interpersonal relationships; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Sound knowledge of social networks; Knowledge of application management systems is an asset.
