Roles and Responsibilities: Source potential candidates using various channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, market trends, and challenges. Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Experience in managing Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring processes. Preparing reports and creating Excel spreadsheets. Good Communication skills required.
