Roles and responsibilities: Work closely with hiring managers, clients, and internal teams to understand IT hiring needs and specific requirements for C2H roles. Collaborate to define role expectations, including technical skills, experience, and desired outcomes for contract-to-hire conversions. Create targeted sourcing strategies to find candidates who are open to contract-to-hire opportunities, leveraging job boards, social media, and networking. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and specialized C2H communities to build a strong talent pipeline. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess qualifications, technical expertise, and cultural fit. Assess candidate willingness and flexibility to engage in contract-to-hire opportunities. Extend job offers to selected candidates and manage the negotiation of compensation packages, ensuring clarity around contract terms and the potential for future full-time conversion. Provide candidates with detailed information about the contract-to-hire process and the expectations for conversion to permanent employment. Desired candidate: Candidate should have 4+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
