We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent, ensuring alignment with business needs. Position :IT Recruiter Skills: End to End Recruitment, Screening, Bulk Hiring, Sourcing, Interviewing, Job Posting, Interviewing, Volume Hiring, Recruitment Roles and responsibilities:* Coordinate interviews for various departments, ensuring efficient use of time for both candidates and interviews. Identify and source qualified IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals. Develop and maintain a pipeline of passive and active candidates. Utilize Boolean searches and other innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams. Maintaining records of interview and feedback for future reference. Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to on boarding Follow -ups with vendor, resources and panels for interview slots and schedules Handling Both virtual and Walk-in Drives.Revenue based target Required Skills & Experience: Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency). Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT roles such as Developers, Engineers, Cloud Specialists, Data Scientists, Cybersecurity Experts, etc. Recruitment Tools: Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job portals (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.). Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate salaries and job offers. Networking: Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. Multi-tasking: Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously. Freshers can also apply
