This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who have recently graduated (2023 & 2024 passed out) and are eager to begin their career in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, motivated, and possess a strong interest in IT and recruitment. As an IT Recruiter, you will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent for various technical roles within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and Screening Candidates: Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and referrals. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' interest and suitability. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. Assist in conducting interviews and gathering feedback from hiring teams. Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates to provide detailed information about the company, roles, and recruitment processes. Build relationships with potential candidates and maintain a pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Recruitment Administration: Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensure proper documentation and follow-up with candidates through the recruitment lifecycle. Learning and Development: Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to learn best practices in recruitment. Keep up to date with industry trends and technologies related to IT recruitment. Qualifications: Education: Freshers who have completed their graduation in 2023 or 2024 (Any discipline). Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Basic knowledge of IT roles and technologies is a plus but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
