The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract top IT professionals. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates' technical and cultural fit. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles. Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to attract qualified candidates. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies. Utilize various recruiting tools, job boards, and social media to identify and engage potential candidates. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred). Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously. Strong networking abilities and relationship-building skills.
