Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive – IT

Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with 3 years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring timely and quality hires to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle for IT positions – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other innovative channels.
• Screen resumes to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding formalities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets.
• Experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and ATS tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in niche IT hiring.
• Knowledge of bulk and lateral hiring processes.
• Familiarity with employer branding and social media hiring strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
