Location: Bengaluru Contract Duration: 6 Months Employment Type: Contract Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team for a 6-month contract role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, particularly within the IT sector, and will be responsible for managing stakeholder expectations and vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job requisition to offer generation, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and vendors to enhance sourcing capabilities and manage performance metrics. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing tools, including Naukri and LinkedIn, to identify and engage potential candidates. Technical Hiring: Conduct recruitment for technical roles, particularly for Data Center positions (Linux, Unix Administration, etc.), ensuring a deep understanding of the required skills. ATS Experience: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications: Proven experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on technical roles, particularly in Data Center environments. Strong knowledge of sourcing tools such as Naukri and LinkedIn. Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholder relationships and vendor partnerships. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
