About the Role

Project Manager (IT Development)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the

  IT development team

  (Mobile, Web, Backend, Frontend, QA).
• Assign daily tasks to team members and ensure timely updates and completion.
• Conduct

  daily stand-up/huddle meetings

  to track progress and remove blockers.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, gather specifications, and provide regular updates.
• Analyze team performance, work quality, and productivity to improve overall efficiency.
• Create and maintain

  project documentation, reports, and progress trackers

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with proper prioritization and delegation.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Handle escalations and resolve project-related challenges effectively.
• Implement updates, improvements, and feedback into ongoing development cycles.
• Ensure

• Strong understanding of
