Role: IT Program Manager / Project Manager Experience: 10 to 14 years Location: Bangalore Notice: Immediate joiner only Shift: UK Shift (2 PM to 11 PM) Fulltime As an IT Program Manager in a consulting capacity within Professional Services, you will focus on delivering technical change projects centered around Admin Console. You will collaborate closely with a technical consultant to support largest customers in the Education segment, enabling onboarding and large-scale tech change projects. As the sole Program Manager for the Education segment in the EMEA region, you will spend most of your working day engaging with customers. Requirement: 5-10 years of experience leading client-facing projects in a consulting and/or technology background. Program Management experience with high-profile corporate clients. Enterprise infrastructure solution architecture experience. Comfort in diplomatically challenging situations when required. Ability to effectively lead and influence people during engagements while finding solutions to customer challenges. Creative problem-solving skills, including the ability to understand the impact of technical changes and articulate high-level technical solutions to address business problems. Organizational skills to plan and coordinate complex projects. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly.
