Experience - 1-3 yrs Salary- 2 - 3 LPA Job Description: Invoice Processing: This includes receiving, verifying, and processing invoices, often involving two-way or three-way matching with purchase orders and receiving reports. Purchase Order Management: Ensuring the creation, modification, and tracking of purchase orders, aligning them with the company's procurement policies. Vendor Management: Building and maintaining strong vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with vendor contracts, and evaluating vendor performance. Payment Processing: Initiating and managing payments to suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Data Management: Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on P2P data to identify trends, improve processes, and support decision-making. Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline the P2P process, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and industry standards. Collaboration and Communication: Working with internal and external stakeholders, including procurement, finance, and suppliers, to ensure smooth operations.
