IT Operations Associate

The IT Operations Manager will oversee and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of all systems, networks, and applications. The role demands a leader who can maintain stability and efficiency while embracing new technologies that enhance productivity and security across the organization.

This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and people management skill.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure Management

• Oversee daily operations of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewalls, and data storage.
• Ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of IT systems.
• Manage system backups, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity processes.

2. IT Support and Service Delivery

• Lead and mentor the IT support team to deliver high-quality technical assistance to users.
• Establish and monitor service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Implement ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management.

3. Security and Compliance

• Maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect organizational data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Regularly review and update IT security protocols and risk assessments.

4. Vendor and Asset Management

• Manage relationships with hardware, software, and service vendors.
• Oversee procurement, licensing, and maintenance of IT assets.
• Evaluate vendor performance and cost-effectiveness.

5. Strategic Planning and Projects

• Collaborate with leadership to align IT strategy with business goals.
• Drive implementation of new systems, upgrades, and digital transformation projects.
• Prepare and manage the IT operations budget efficiently.

6. Team Leadership

• Supervise IT operations staff, providing guidance, motivation, and professional development.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
• Familiarity with ITIL framework, cybersecurity standards, and data privacy regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Pay: ₹21,987.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
