Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network systems (LAN, WAN, VPN)
Manage server environments and ensure system performance and uptime
Implement and manage IT security protocols and best practices
Lead and mentor the IT team
Handle vendor coordination, documentation, and IT asset management

Qualifications:

Graduate or Postgraduate in Information Technology or related field
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ preferred
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
