Job Title: IT Manager - TAC Security Location: Delhi Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager. The IT Manager will oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of IT systems and security infrastructure related to the TAC. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest level of security and service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage the TAC security team to ensure high-quality service delivery and incident resolution. Develop and mentor team members to improve their technical skills and enhance performance. Define team goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with business objectives. Security Infrastructure & Maintenance: Oversee and manage the security infrastructure for the Technical Assistance Center, ensuring secure and efficient operations. Implement and maintain security measures, tools, and processes to safeguard sensitive data and systems. Collaborate with network and systems engineers to design and deploy secure IT solution Incident Management: Ensure the timely resolution of security-related incidents in the TAC environment. Oversee the identification, investigation, and root cause analysis of security breaches. Implement appropriate measures to prevent recurrence of security incidents. Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., network, systems, application teams) to identify security vulnerabilities and recommend solutions. Work closely with stakeholders to define security requirements and best practices for the TAC. Communicate security incidents, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal security policies. Maintain thorough documentation of security protocols, incident reports, and troubleshooting procedures. Regularly audit systems and processes to ensure adherence to security best practices. Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies. Drive continuous improvement in the TAC security processes, tools, and methodologies. Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Oversee the development and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans related to the TAC. Ensure backup and recovery procedures are effective and regularly tested. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT security, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Strong experience with TAC operations, incident management, and IT security protocols. Hands-on experience with security monitoring tools, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint security. Skills & Competencies: Expertise in managing IT security systems and solutions. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality. Experience in threat intelligence, risk management, and vulnerability assessments. Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or similar security certifications are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with cloud security concepts and tools (AWS, Azure, etc.). Knowledge of industry-specific compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
