Reporting To: Director

Key Responsibilities :-

Infrastructure & Systems Management

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, firewalls, storage, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Ensure uptime, reliability, and performance of development environments, build servers, and version control systems (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
• Manage data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Implement and maintain network and endpoint security measures, including antivirus, endpoint protection (EDR/XDR), and access control.

IT Operations & Support

• Lead and mentor the IT support and infrastructure teams.
• Establish IT policies, SOPs, and incident management processes.
• Manage IT service desk operations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Oversee IT asset inventory, software licensing, and procurement activities.

Security & Compliance

• Implement and monitor cybersecurity frameworks and controls (ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.).
• Manage identity and access management, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and VPNs.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and security policies (ISMS standards).
• Conduct regular audits, vulnerability assessments, and security awareness training.

Strategic Planning & Project Management

• Develop IT budgets and manage costs efficiently.
• Plan and execute IT infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure robust infrastructure support for CI/CD pipelines.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to support business growth and productivity.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 812 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 35 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in managing Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Good understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, switches, routers).
• Experience with ITSM tools and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, ManageEngine, etc.).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protection tools.
• Familiarity with development environments, version control systems, and DevOps tools.
