About Even

Even is reimagining how healthcare works in India. We’re building a new kind of system, one that combines technology, insurance, and healthcare delivery to make high-quality care accessible and transparent.We work with insurers, labs, hospitals and have our own doctors and medical facilities to provide our services and do as much as possible ourselves. That allows us to fully control the experience, the outcomes, and the costs.We are looking for an IT Manager to help strengthen our internal tech foundation as we scale.This person will be responsible for ensuring that Even’s internal tech infrastructure runs smoothly and securely, helping our teams stay productive and compliant as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT support for our team — managing and resolving laptop, network, and software issues quickly and efficiently
Oversee device management, software deployment, and endpoint security measures across all teams
Implement and maintain IT security best practices, including access control, password management, and data protection
Support audit and compliance processes by maintaining documentation and helping collect necessary evidences
Work closely with our engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding processes and system integrations

What We’re Looking For

3–6 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role
Strong understanding of Mac and Windows environments, device management tools (like Jamf, Intune, or Kandji), and basic networking
Familiarity with endpoint security tools and best practices
Problem-solving mindset with a calm, service-oriented approach
Bonus: Exposure to IT audits or compliance processes is a big plus
