IT Infrastructure Lead

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure systems that support company's insurance operations. Person will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high availability, compliance, and performance of all infrastructure services.

-Develop and execute infrastructure strategy aligned with business and regulatory needs.

Oversee data center operations, cloud migration, network architecture, and disaster recovery planning.

Ensure 99.99% uptime of mission-critical insurance platforms (policy admin, claims, underwriting).

Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives including automation and cloud adoption.

Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA compliance.

Ensure adherence to IRDAI, GDPR, and other regulatory standards.

Drive cybersecurity posture across infrastructure layers.

Mentor and grow a high-performing infrastructure team.

Preferred candidate profile

10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a similar role.

Proven experience in the financial services domain.

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), virtualization, networking, and cybersecurity.

Experience in regulatory compliance and disaster recovery planning.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
