Requirement Details: Location : Kolkata Designation: IT Infra Leadership Experience: 7 to 10 Years Qualification-MCA, BCA, BE/B tech either IT or Computers Expected Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days Experience: Minimum: 7 to 10 years of IT experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a managerial or leadership role Experience in a healthcare environment, ideally in hospitals of similar size (300 to 500 beds) Proven experience managing health information systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) Strong track record in implementing and managing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data protection in a healthcare setting Technical Skills: Deep understanding of healthcare IT standards (like HL7, FHIR) and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR) Familiarity with hospital management software, EMR, EHR systems, and cloud-based healthcare solutions Proficiency in network administration, cybersecurity protocols, and IT project management Experience in integrating medical devices and IoT systems with IT networks Leadership & Soft Skills: Excellent team management and leadership abilities Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills Ability to collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams Effective communication and training skills for tech and non-tech staff Professional Certifications (a plus): Certified Healthcare CIO (CHCIO) Health IT Certification (like CPHIMS Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems) ITIL Certification (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 (for project management expertise) If you are interested, kindly share your updated CV to rukhsaar@convate.com with below details.
