Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end IT recruitment and HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT talent acquisition, HR operations, and stakeholder management, with the ability to align recruitment strategies with business goals in a fast-paced technology environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. IT Recruitment (Primary Focus 50%) Lead end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level positions (Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, etc.) Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and workforce planning needs. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates effectively for both technical and cultural fit. Manage candidate pipelines, conduct HR rounds, negotiate offers, and ensure timely onboarding. Drive employer branding strategies to attract top tech talent. 1. HR Business Partnering Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand strategic goals and align HR initiatives accordingly. Provide consultative support on workforce planning, organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement. Partner with leadership to drive performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and appraisals. Facilitate succession planning and leadership development within business units. Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and exit processes. 2. HR Operations Oversee core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, HR documentation, employee lifecycle management, and compliance. Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data in HRIS/HRMS systems (SAP, Workday, Oracle, etc.). Monitor HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, time-to-hire, and engagement scores; provide data-driven insights. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance HR service delivery and efficiency. Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and aligned with legal requirements and best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 8–12 years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on IT recruitment . Proven track record of hiring technical talent across various domains and levels. Deep understanding of current technologies, tech stacks, and IT job roles. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
