IT Hiring Intern

As an IT Hiring Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting our client hiring processes — from understanding their requirements to coordinating with vendors and arranging interviews. You’ll get hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients to understand IT hiring needs and job requirements
• Connect with vendors and source suitable candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
• Maintain daily reports and hiring trackers
• Assist the recruitment team in follow-ups and documentation

Requirements

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of IT job roles preferred (training will be provided)
• Proactive and organized approach to work
• Available for a minimum internship period of [mention duration, e.g., 3 months]
